About The Polycrisis Papers

Thomasin "Tommy" Gault (they/she) is a former climate biotech public relations writer. The Polycrisis Papers is where they keep all of their original essays, notes, blogs, and articles.

Tommy's work is informed by their academic studies and lifelong passion for both technology and literature. As a 2015 HASTAC digital humanities grant recipient, Tommy researched various posthuman philosophies and their applications within literary analysis- specifically, to a protagonist's sense of self and being. They did not realize that these deeply theoretical topics would be their key to visualizing new futures just a decade later.

Technology Statement

Tommy fucking hates AI and will never, ever, ever use it. Tommy loves Linux. The Polycrisis Papers is written and designed start-to-finish on open-source platforms, with the exception of Canva for image formatting.
